Terms & Conditions

All tickets are non-refundable unless a show is cancelled and we are made aware of this more than 4 weeks before the date of the first performance. Purchasers will then be offered a full refund or the opportunity to exchange their ticket for another show. The Rialto cannot accept responsibility for shows cancelled by the performer within 4 weeks of the show date or in the even of an act of god. We cannot take responsibility for any tickets lost, stolen or sold through unofficial sources.

Our online box office is a secure system and we take every care to ensure your personal details are kept safe in accordance with the Data Protection Act. However we must advise that any data transmitted over the internet is never 100% secure.

The Rialto reserves the right to eject any persons from the premises participating in disorderly conduct or acting in an inappropriate manner.

Please turn off or put in silent mode all mobile phones during a performance.

Filming is not permitted in the performance areas.

The Rialto cannot accept responsibility for any personal items taken inside the venue.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

No animals are permitted in the building apart from assistance dogs. Please contact the venue in advance should you require any assistance in this regard.

Every attempt is made to keep the information on this site accurate and up-to-date, but the Rialto cannot accept liability for any loss as a result of any inaccuracy on the site.

Unfortunately being a grade II listed building, the Rialto is not yet set up for disabled access. We are in the process of applying for permission to install a stair lift to allow for ease of access to the upstairs performance area. Our staff are always happy to assist in whatever way they can with your mobility needs. Please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate you in any way we can.
